What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
The Prodigy D2 is a very fast and ultra-stable driver designed for those who throw quite far. This is slightly less overstable than the D1 and flies with good glide in all wind conditions. With a little power you will get good turn and a gentle fade out of this disc, and thrown in hyzer it will hold your line well throughout the flight.

Was given this disc as a beginner and it confused me big time. It was a meat hook and I couldn't get any distance out of it, but I loved the feel of it and ended up using it for when I just wanted huge fade utility and scrambling out of stuff. I never used it for what it was designed for. I plan to return to it as i get some technique and arm speed. Not noob friendly though. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
The D2 is a great distance driver. It has a unique feel in the hand. The shoulder is generally higher than most and the rim goes further down than other drivers. It might take some getting used to the unique feel, but I find that it fills out my hand really nicely. The D2 is slightly overstable. New ones can pop up just a touch before having a dependable fade. Once they beat in a little bit they can fly forever. D2s are easily my farthest flying discs. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
I love the D2! One of my favorite overstable distance drivers! A lot of glide mixed in with a good amount of stability makes for a very good, reliable wind fighter or just an all around workhorse! (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
If Kevin Jones can slip on his drive and it still hits a 500ft ace, it must be a good disc. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
