What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
Gold Line plastic:
Gold Line is Latitude 64's Premium plastic. The plastic is produced from the same plastic used in Opto Line, but with a different polymer that gives you a better grip while the plastic has the same durability.

Good flippy 9 speed, love how glidey it is (extremely glidey). Flight numbers suggest it is straight to slightly stable but it is definitely understable. Great first driver for a beginner. Opto and gold burst are about the same stability from my experience. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
Has not been as torque resistant to my forehand throw as the Saint Pro this may be more due to the plastic than the disc. But this one never really found a spot in my bag. It proved unreliable for me with little glide (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
Good disc. I prefer other discs though. The one I have is a bit too over stable and beat up. Good disc though. It does go fairly far for me. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
The Saint filled a slot I was looking for in my lineup; the glide is fantastic -- I have one in Gold Line plastic from the Trilogy challenge, and it has slightly more turn than the flight numbers suggest. I have one in Opto plastic, too, and it conforms more closely to the flight numbers -- slightly more overstable, closer to a glidier TeeBird. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
If you are still learning and not quite ready to move up to distance drivers yet, this will give you a little more distance. I don't think the glide is substantially better than most 5-6 glides drivers, but with the slight under stability you can get easier full flights. Fun to use and worth a try (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
