What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Crave is one of the most popular and straightest discs in MVP's lineup. This is due to its superior consistency as well as the fact that it suits very many types of players. It has a low profile and is the gold standard for straight flights.

Neutron Plastic: 
Neutron plastics are made with opaque plastics with clear colors that are easy to find. This plastic is similar to Innova's Star plastic. Neutron plastic gives the disc a neutral flight and gives the disc neither overstable nor understable characteristics.

I got one in 167g Fission plastic. It is perfect for stragith forhand and backhand shots within the range of 200-270feet if you throw it hard you will have to put it on some hyzer and give it som air to fight back otherwise it wil turn alot and some times turn in to a roller especially with forehand. I use it alot in the woods with smooths forhand throws at medium speed. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

This disc will start out as a straight-distance driver for slow arms. As your arm speed and spin rate increase, this will pan to the right in a rhbh throw. Acting for me to have -3 or -4 turn. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

I have a Sarah Hokom signature Neutron that I absolutely loved throwing on forehand and backhand when I first started playing. It's a faster Hex as some have said before. I've since replaced it with a Halo Centurion which has plenty of workability and torque resistance vs the Crave that I've burned over without putting it on a decent amount of hyzer (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

One of my favorite lower speed fairway drivers. Feels great in the hand and works really well for hyzer flips in the woods as well as a bomber in the open for lower speed arms. Have this in 3 different plastics and the fission is probably my favorite. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

Proton is probably my least favorite plastic that MVP makes but the Crave still is a great disc even in this plastic. Would highly recommend for anyone ranging from beginners looking for a driver that'll get them some good distance to intermediates looking for a hyzer flip/turnover disc. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
